Agitation systems gently moves parts (up & down) through the nodes of increased energy that naturally forms within the ultrasonic bath. The consistent agitation of the parts enable the ultrasonic cavitation to reach blind holes and cavities. The agitation process also works to loosen debris and separate parts that may nest or sticking together. When integrated with our automatic ultrasonic washer, the agitation process also works to speed rinsing and drying. Operator involvement is minimized and parts processing efficiency is increased.
Hot Air Dryers reduces drying time without risking valuable parts. Once items emerge from an ultrasonic unit, they still must be dried quickly to maintain their pristine state. Faster drying means better results with less work. Rapid-drying process dramatically reduces overall drying time and prevents the accumulation of moisture, as well as the resulting spotting and corrosion. It also eliminates time-consuming hand drying, freeing up staff to work in other areas and increasing productivity.
Immersible ultrasonic transducers are sealed stainless-steel enclosures for adding ultrasonic cleaning capability to tanks and equipment for parts cleaning. Immersible ultrasonic transducers for cleaning can be added to either new or existing equipment. The ultrasonic transducer uses ultrasonic frequencies to cavitate the solution molecules in the tank and produce uniform precision parts cleaning of the part surface.
